Please help! I am powerless to fight the power of love of pizza cheese in my teenager .........?

If you want to, there ARE several books in the library in how to make cheese, and some probably include low-fat cheese. They are in the mid-600s in the Dewey System. The cookbooks are in 641 and I think cheeses are before that.
