I don't like junk food but I'm in the mood for chips so I took a potato and sliced it into thin slices then in a bag I put 1 teaspoons of sea salt, 4 teaspoons of garlic powder, 4 teaspoons of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of oregano, and one tablespoon of (I can't bealive its not butter spray (0 calories.) Then I put them in the fridge for 30 minutes and I microwaved them and diped them in my homemade guacmole. Is this healthy for moderation? How can I make this better? Is this fattening? What do you think? Thanks
