Is the content at XNXX.com legal?

Is there any kind of moderation on this site or can just anyone post anything on there. I�m asking, because today I stumbled over a video with questionable content and I really hope that it was just fantasy but I can�t tell. If not, is there a site where videos need approval before posting?
