I eat fish and other seafood almost everyday; is that bad for my health?

I've heard fish is good for your health, but in moderation because it can contain a significant amount of mercury. But I just can't help it! I live in a place where seafood is like a staple food, and it's so delicious!! Do you think I'll be fine, or should I do something about it?
