Girl problem...?It's long but please help!?

So there's this girl, that I absolutely love.we've know eqchother for a while,but she never felt the same for me. But a dew days ago Im talking to her and we go into a convorsation of who likes who, and then she admits to me that she likes me.I said I do too, then she said maybe we should to something about that. U said we should. I told her Id talk to her Monday at school. Later that bight my friend goes under cover and asks her how much she likes me out of 100 she answers 98. So at school I ask her out. She says "i don't know, I like you but I dont at the same time, it's weird. Give me some time." so I said ok and left.later that day I talked to ola few of her friends and hey said they asked her why she didn't say yes,she told them she likes me but she can't picture us together.I don't understand,does she like me or no?? And what do I do?? She means he world to me.
