No audio in after effects after rendering and playing in media player?

I'm having a big problem with after effects, when i click audio preview i can hear the audio perfectly, but when i RAM preview i cant hear a thing. The even bigger problem with this is that even after i render the clip and play it in windows media player theres no sound?
