Is this a good exercise routine?

here's what I found, though I have not tried I do not know how effective they are: Here is a series of exercises to do at home that, if executed perfectly and with patience, allow you to lose weight in a short time: - Squats: toning the muscles of the legs and buttocks. Every day, in front of the mirror, spread your feet at shoulder-width apart. Looking ahead, fall and rise and fall 10 times. Perform 3 sets of 10. This will strengthen the muscles of the legs and buttocks. - Push-ups: strengthening exercises. Do 3 sets of 20 push-ups to strengthen your arms and raise the metabolism. - Jumping Jack: Aerobic exercise, you burn fat and lose weight fast. Jump while expanding arms and legs.
