I live in Ohio, what landscapers association should I join if I am starting a landscape design business.?

I have been taking classes for landscape design and think I would like to be my own boss instead of working for someone else. Should I join OLA or ONLA. Would one be better than the other overall, and would one give me more resources for the certification test. Thanks
