dont be too hard on yourself. yes u may have binge eaten the last two weeks but tomm. is a new day. so if you really wanna lose weight you gotta get serious and be serious with yourself. the only one that can help you lose weight is you. youve gotta want to. so i suggest taking small steps. getting rid of junk in your house. get healthier stuff. start cutting down your calorie intake, and then slowing start working out. it will work. you can do it if you put your mind to it.!
