How would you interpret this letter from a man?

you live in different countries , he has a wife and a kid and you want to be with someone you have met twice .. am I getting this right.. He clearly doesn't know what he wants.. and you should move on and find someone available who isnt going to mess around with your feelings.. he is clearly not an honest person because hes still married but yet going to another country to see you.. think if you were his wife and you found out about this situation , would you want to be with him....
